About Us
Avenue of the Saints Animal Hospital opened its doors on October 20, 1994, the answer to the dream of Dr. Phyllis Frost.  The modern facility was established with the idea of comprehensive medical and surgical care for animal patients in mind.  The hospital contains a full laboratory and pharmacy as well as radiology and surgical areas.  Our services also include endoscopy, ultrasound, and reproductive services.  Most diagnostic and treatment procedures can be handled with the hospital.  Emergencies are handled by the Avenue of the Saints Animal Hospital or are referred to the Eastern Iowa Veterinary Medical Center.

As a member of the American Animal Hospital Association, Avenue of the Saints Animal Hospital adheres to their rigid requirements for quality medical care as well as participates in comprehensive inspections. AAHA has contributed greatly to the care of patients and encourages continuing improvement through meetings and seminars with that goal in mind.   We are proud to be a member of the organization since 1997.
